Health Safety and Quality Alerts

In support of its mission, the DBHDS routinely reviews events involving death and serious physical injury to individuals served in facility and community programs. DBHDS Safety and Quality Alerts are sent out via email and posted on the DBHDS website monthly to highlight the risks identified through these serious event reviews and to offer educational information and guidance that facility, CSB, and private providers can use to improve the safety and quality of their services and prevent the occurrence of similar events in the programs they operate.
