The office of the Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the underlying infrastructure of SWVMHI in full support of the facility\u2019s strategic mission and vision. Led by Assistant Director of Administration and Chief Operating Officer Kirk Beauchamp, the office delivers oversight and management of all operational divisions of SWVMHI including Facilities Management, Capital Planning and Real Estate, Business Services; Environmental Services; Food Services; Procurement, Information Technology; Public Safety; Purchasing and Asset Management; Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity.
