Residents are encouraged to maintain contact with their support system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the exception of phone conversations with specific advocacy groups, representatives, and the resident’s attorney, phone communication of residents is recorded and monitored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members of a resident’s support system may pre-pay phone calls to a specific phone number through the GTL Advance Pay option at www.connectnetwork.com<\/a> or 1-800-483-8314<\/a>.
