Workforce Development
DBHDS supports workforce development by leading, promoting, and embedding a culture of continuous workplace learning, advancement, and growth supportive of individual, team, and organizational development.
Our goal is to holistically support workforce development through a variety of programs.
Facilities
DBHDS operates twelve facilities, including eight behavioral health facilities for adults, a training center, a psychiatric facility for children and adolescents, a medical center, and a center for behavioral rehabilitation.
