With the exception of phone conversations with specific advocacy groups, representatives, and the resident’s attorney, phone communication of residents is recorded and monitored.

Members of a resident’s support system may pre-pay phone calls to a specific phone number through the GTL Advance Pay option at www.connectnetwork.com or 1-800-483-8314. Residents also have the ability to establish individual phone accounts through their Resident Fund Account.
