Medical Records Information

NVMHI’s Health Information Management Department provides information pertaining to your admission and treatment for the purpose of continuing health care, reimbursement, regulatory requirements and the administrative needs of NVMHI. Health Information Management provides these services while assuring confidentiality and privacy. Health Information Management is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. at 703-207-7159.
