Departmental Objective
The pharmacy staffs four Registered Pharmacists and four Certified Pharmacy Techs. The pharmacy department is committed to serving the patients, and the medical nursing staff of SWVMHI. The department will dispense all medications in an accurate, timely fashion and will work with the medical and nursing staff to ensure safety and quality of patient care. The pharmacy will monitor policies and issues related to medication, as well as prescribing practices.
