General visiting hours are 24/7. All visitors must report to the Information Desk located on the first floor to obtain a visitor’s badge and complete a visitor log before visiting a patient or resident. Further information about general visitations can be found in the policy linked below.

End-of-Life Visitation
Hiram W. Davis Medical Center prides itself on providing compassionate care to patients and residents, including those at the end-of-life stage. These visitations are not affected by COVID-19 restrictions. The below policy offers guidance for end of life visitations. Visitation During COVID-19
Hiram W. Davis Medical Center provides visitation via different means based on the facility’s structure and residents’ needs, such as in resident rooms, dedicated visitation spaces, outdoors, and for circumstances including compassionate care situations. The below policy includes newly released CMS visitation guidance for nursing homes including the impact of the COVID-19 vaccinations.

Virtual Visitations
Hiram W. Davis Medical Center provides opportunity for virtual visitation. Virtual visitations must be scheduled in advance, and can currently be performed via Google Duo, Google Meet, and Apple Facetime. Our staff provide iPads and laptops to patients and residents for virtual visitations.
