The Hanover County Community Services Board (CSB) provides help for residents and families with: mental health concerns, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. We partner with schools, law enforcement, social services, and other community organizations to connect residents with the right care and resources.

We work with individuals to provide services and supports that help them live satisfying, productive lives in their communities.
