Mental Health Support Services (MHSS) is the provider of mental health, developmental disabilities and substance use disorder services for children and adults in Chesterfield County. Services are also available for very young children through our prevention and early intervention programs. Learn more about our adult mental health services (including adult therapy services and psychiatric rehabilitation services), adult substance use services (including MAT and REVIVE!), child and adolescent services (including mental health and substance use), developmental disability services (including infant and toddler connection, service coordination/case management, day support services, developmental disabilities residential, and employment services), and prevention services (including safe medication disposal and storage and suicide awareness).
