Colonial Behavioral Health is the local Community Services Board serving the citizens of James City County, the City of Poquoson, the City of Williamsburg and York County. Its mission is to facilitate recovery and resiliency of individuals and families affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.

Our service provider team comprises fully qualified psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, nurses, case managers and other professionals who provide an array of services to fulfill our mission. Our vision is to continue to serve as a vital partner in a community system of care that promotes the highest quality of life.
