Eastern Shore Community Services Board is part of a statewide network of 40 Community Service Boards working to provide mental health, developmental disability, substance use, and prevention services where they are needed – in the local community.

Our mission is to improve mental health and wellbeing in our community. We offer services for adults and family members with mental illness, substance use, and developmental disabilities. Our prevention services teach about resilience and mental health. We serve over 2,000 individuals annually and offer a sliding scale fee. We accept health insurance and Virginia Medicaid.
