Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Behavioral Health

Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Behavioral Health (MPNN BH) is part of a statewide network of 40 Community Service Boards working to provide mental health, developmental disability and substance use services where they are needed – in the local community. MPNN BH serves the ten counties of the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula.

MPNN BH is where people across the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck are encouraged to seek assistance when faced with a behavioral health challenge or need assistance regarding loved ones facing a developmental challenge, which includes intellectual disabilities.

Our organization provides services designed to help members of our community achieve their individual goals. This includes recovery. MPNN BH has over 60 distinct programs to aid and support all ages and many situations; from babies with developmental delays to teens who have experienced trauma; from adults with a serious mental illness to individuals struggling to maintain a drug-free life. Services include a variety of outpatient, intensive outpatient, support coordination and residential programs with 24/7 crisis support. MPNN BH works on a sliding fee scale for uninsured individuals to ensure that no individual goes unserved.
