Local and State Human Rights Committees
The function of Human Rights Committees is to ensure due process for individuals who are receiving or have recently received a service licensed, funded, or operated by DBHDS.

Forensic Services
Forensic services include mental health evaluations and screenings, treatment of individuals with mental illness in jail, case management and restoration of competency to stand trial.
DBHDS develops programs and services for individuals at risk for involvement in the criminal justice system.
SVP Services
Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) services support the delivery of evaluation, treatment, and supervision services to individuals found by the court to meet the criteria of sexually violent predator.

Participants are selected for this training based on the quality of their application and a 20–30-minute zoom interview. You must attend all 10 days of training to receive a certificate of completion. To be considered for this training individuals must reside in DBHDS Region 4.
