Behavioral Health Quality Measures & Technical Assistance
As part of the collaborative continuous quality improvement process between DBHDS and Community Service Boards, performance measures are developed and reviewed following the DBHDS Behavioral Health Measure Development and Review Process.
A CSB may request technical assistance at any time, from DBHDS, on the Performance Contract Exhibit B performance measures by completing the Exhibit B Metrics Technical Assistance Request form.
